- IEEE Student Member, Student Non-Member, IEEE Member, and Non-Member registrations include admission to all technical sessions, Welcome Reception (May 25) and Banquet (May 27), and Refreshments during Breaks.
- Workshop only (IEEE Member) and Workshop only (Non-Member) registrations represent 1-day registrations that include entry to all workshops and short courses on a selected workshop day. These 1-day registrations do not cover attendance at the main FG 2025 conference or any social events.
If you are not already a member, you can join IEEE and enjoy reduced registration rates, among many other benefits and resources the IEEE offers. The IEEE Biometrics Council membership is free for IEEE members; you can add it to your membership at any time.

Author registration
Author Registration Deadline is April 21, 2026.
- Each IEEE Member and Non-Member Registration may be used to cover one Main Conference Paper and one Workshop Paper.
- Each IEEE Student Member, Student Non-Member, and Workshop-only Registration may be used to cover one Workshop Paper.
- All accepted main conference papers MUST have at least one IEEE Member or Non-Member Registration completed no later than the Author Registration Deadline. IEEE Student Member and Student Non-Member Registration cannot be used to cover main conference papers.
- Authors may purchase a “One Additional Paper” ticket to cover each additional paper.For example:
- 1 IEEE Member or Non-Member registration + 2 “One Additional Paper” tickets can cover 1 Main Conference Paper + 1 Workshop Paper + 2 additional Main Conference and/or Workshop papers.
- 1 Workshop only, IEEE Student Member, or Student Non-Member Registration + 3 “One Additional Paper” tickets can cover 4 Workshop Papers.
Cancellation Policy
All refund/cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the following email address fg2026@kadinche.com .
No refund requests will be accepted for the sole registration associated with a Paper ID. Otherwise, the following policies apply.
- If a refund request is submitted by April 21, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
- In the event of visa denial, if a refund request is submitted by May 19, a refund will be issued minus an administrative fee. Official proof of visa denial is required.
- No refunds will be issued for any reason on or after May 20.
Substitution Policy
All requests to substitute another person on an existing registration must be submitted in writing to the following email address fg2026@kadinche.com , no later than May 19, 2026. After this date, no changes in registration are possible.
